Our Goal

We want everyone who visits MultiCare Services (UK) website and uses our platform to feel welcome and find the visiting experience rewarding.

To help ensure that we have a positive experience for all visitors to our website, we have tried to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 directive. The (WCAG) 2.1 guideline explains how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and make it user-friendly for everyone.

We are aware that a series of features on our website still require improvements to make them WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliant, however, the majority of the functionalities on our site are accessible, and we are actively working towards compliance for our entire browser extensions.

  • We have imbibed accessibility in our culture and committed to it n our internal employment policies

Upon request, MultiCare Services (UK) will arrange for the provision of accessible formats and communication supports for persons with disabilities in a timely manner that takes into account each person’s accessibility needs due to disability.
